Then Pierce Hoffman talks about his variety of musical talents. The Weekend Eve Toast is to dreams while Honorable Mention this week isn't about love OF theater. It's about love IN the theater.

Some open and fun conversations highlight this week's show. Actor Lezlee Parker is currently in Olde Towne Dinner Theatre's production of Caught in the Net. Next week she's headed to her home of Long Island, New York to see what stage(s) she might conquer on the east coast. Then it's a "framily" conversation about local Arts & Entertainment. That chat ties in to the Weekend Eve Toast and Honorable Mention is a good laugh about my age.

Brady & Katie Wrede have both been on the show beofre talking about their solo efforts in music. They also happen to play together as Common Ground. We finally had the chance to chat with them about their music and where they'll be playing. The Weekend Eve Toast goes to the art of dance. Honorable Mention is a combo from a recnt party we attended. 

What's in store for Clinton Store? Couldn't resist the pun. You won't be able to resist hearing the local actor as we talk about his ability to bring characters (even animated ones) to life. Then from the Brookings based troupe Improvanopolis Bill Landsman is hoping the grow the improv scene in the Sioux Empire. The Weekend Eve Toast salutes the Class of 2022 while Honorable Mention might be the most well deserved award of the past week.

This show is for the birds! The Sioux Falls Canaries that is. John Gaskins is the Entertainment Director for the independent baseball team. He highlights this week's show telling us about the great entertainment lined up for this year's home schedule. They have 50 "parties" on tapk featuring local entertainment and plenty of entertaining promotions to help make summer fly by. He's also looking for more entertainers and tells us how to contact him. Plus he's a reporter for Dakota News Now. We touch on that as well. The Weekend Eve Toast to collaboration actually preludes Honorable Mention. 

Special treat this show as we get to hear some music and not worry about copyrights as the group Beautiful Kingdom joins the show along with the always energetic Apolonia Davalos. Plujs there is a great art show benefit Friday night as part of this month's First Friday at Van Arts Studios to support the South Dakota Survivor Task Force against domestic violence, sexual assault and sex trafficking. The Weekend Eve Toast goes to Cinco De May and the Honorable Mention is from a private event the host was able to attend.

Premiere Playhouse Executive Director Robin Byrne is resigning at the end of this season. While he tells us about the decision to move back to England, he tells us about all the programming going one yet before he leaves...and leaves the door open for returning as a guest director. Actor Samantha Hendriks took 13 years off from acting to start a family. She's been a few productions the past year and is in the upcoming Olde Towne Dinner Theatre production of Caught In The Net. The Weekend Eve Toast goes to chance encounters while this week's Honorable Mention salutes a great local business.

This week it's a triple dip of Sioux Empire Arts & Entertainment. Thankfully actor Ezra Hunter had a spare hour as he's been in shows continually since the first of the year. It definitely was worth the extra effort to lineup musician Billy Lurken. Besides a great conversation about music, we even shred a marquee together once upon a time. Plus Link Wiley from FunTimeFotos joins us to talk about his new venture. Plus the usual Weekend Eve Toast and some belly laughs for Honorable Mention.
